Robinson Maldives

Project Completed 2025
The temporary closure of Robinson Maldives has paved the way for an exciting evolution - not toward opulence, but toward accessible sophistication, much like the hermit crab's practical yet perfect shell exchange. The resort proudly introduces two new villa categories: the Reef Water Villa with Pool and the Funamadua One-Bedroom Water Villa with Pool, designed by Miaja Design Group to deliver smart elegance in tune with the Maldivian environment.

Taking cues from nature's efficient partnerships - like the hermit crab and its protective anemones - these villas showcase how thoughtful design can create exceptional yet attainable experiences. Airy layouts, sustainable materials, and locally-inspired details merge modern comfort with the authentic spirit of the islands. Each villa features practical luxuries like private pools and panoramic ocean views, designed to feel special without pretense.

This isn't just a renovation - it's a new vision for accessible Maldivian escapes. Robinson reopens as a place where genuine island magic meets considered affordability, where guests can enjoy the Maldives' beauty in spaces designed for real life. Like the resourceful hermit crab, we've adapted carefully - creating a fresh chapter where memorable moments don't require extravagance, just smart design and the perfect setting.
