ABOUT TERENCE

​

Terence Graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Science (BSC).  He was awarded an Executive MBA from the National University Singapore with international business exposure.

In the 1980's, he worked for Cheng Meng Furniture Pte Ltd, one of the most prominent interior contractors in Singapore for several years.
Projects handled include Westin Stamford Hotel, Canton Restaurant, Compass Rose Restaurant, Pergo Restaurant, Somerset Bar, Hyatt Hotel, Shangrila Hotel, ABN Bank, Singapore Science Centre & Kallang Theatre.

​Later, he set up Forma Manufacturing Pte Ltd (FMPL) in the 90's with an Austrian business partner who has in-depth expertise in CNC machinery.
FMPL was the first in Asia to acquire state-of-the-art CNC machinery from Germany for woodworking industries.

FMPL was involved in numerous office furniture projects as OEM manufacturer.  Clientele includes renowned international clients like Herman Miller (USA), Tekion (Canada), Unifor (Italy), some of which owned offices in South East Asia.  FMPL also handled some major local condominium projects manufacturing kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, and handling design and installation.
